Renton Regional Fire Authority: On April 26, 2016, Renton and Fire District #25 voters approved Proposition 1, creating a Regional Fire Authority (RFA). The RFA became effective on July 1, 2016. District #25 is located in unincorporated King County, Washington east of the City of Renton proper and southwest of the City of Issaquah. This area is commonly referred to as the East Renton Plateau. The district itself covers approximately 4.5 square miles and has a population close to 10,000 people. This geographic area is served by the District’s fire station (Renton Fire Station #16) which is located at 12923 156th Ave S.E., Renton. Renton Regional Fire Authority (RFA) Meetings:

District 25 Commissioner’s Meetings:
The Commissioners will be holding their once monthly District #25 meetings in the conference room of Fire Station #13 (10808 – 108th Ave. SE, Renton WA). This board meets on the second Monday of every month at 9:45 a.m., directly before the Renton Regional Fire Authority Board Meeting.

King County Fire District #25 is administrated by a board of three fire commissioners. The commissioners are Kerry Abercrombie (Chairman), Ray Barilleaux, and Myron Meikle.
King County Fire District #25 is looking for citizens who are interested in serving on the Fire Commissioner’s Board.
